History
Since 1935, Souderton Community Ambulance Association has been committed to providing the highest quality ambulance services to all its residents, businesses, and visitors.
We provide Basic and Advance Life Support services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from dedicated professional career and volunteer staff.
Service to the community began in September of 1935. Carolyn Geiser was asked to be the first nurse for Souderton Ambulance. Initially, calls were received at the police station by Fire Police.
The first recorded call was received on September 7, 1935 to the Hatfield Racetrack and our first ambulance was housed on September 14, 1935.
